The two Manchester-based residential projects picked up Insider’s 2020 North West Residential Property Awards last week in their respective categories. Burlington House took home the ‘Apartment Development of the Year’ (fewer than 100 homes) Award while Deansgate Square's completed West Tower won the ‘Apartment Development of the Year’ (more than 100 homes) Award.
The annual awards ceremony, now in its fifth year, celebrated the region’s landmark schemes, along with the architecture firms, advisers and agents which made them a reality and it is wonderful to see our work recognised as such.
