No.1 Spinningfields has already been awarded British Council for Office's 2019 North West Commercial Office Space of the Year and 2018 Insider North West Property's Commercial Development of the Year, and was a finalist for the AJ100's 2019 Building of the Year Award.
This is the second year in a row that one of our commercial projects has been acknowledged by the AJ Architecture Awards. Last year, Two St Peter's Square was a finalist in the same category.
The AJ Architecture Awards recognises excellence in UK architecture across a range of categories, from School & Housing Projects to Landscaping and Leisure. These highly coveted awards are unique to the market, with each shortlisted project visited by a judging panel and published in the Architects' Journal.
