We’re very pleased to announce that Manchester City Council granted planning permission to First Street South Plot 11, our 2,224-bedroom co-living residential scheme for Downing yesterday.

Part of the regeneration of the First Street South neighbourhood, the scheme includes 11 different accommodation types, as well as various amenities ranging from communal kitchens and lounges to co-working spaces. Made up of four separate buildings, stepping in height from 10 to 45 storeys, the development will also create a brand new public square as well as a pedestrian thoroughfare linking the neighbouring areas like Hulme to the city.
