Ruben tackles design challenges with determination, finding satisfaction in solving tricky problems. Keen to learn from colleagues, he asks questions that spark ideas and deepen understanding. Passionate about uncovering the stories behind sites, he brings them to life through model making and inventive visualisation. This approach was recognised when his final-year BArch project was nominated for the RIBA Bronze President’s Medal.
